Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pro ERP India website, software and mobile applications (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your school’s internal operations, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• Do not resell, copy or reverse-engineer the software without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Accounts and registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are payable in advance and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable. We may revise pricing with reasonable prior notice.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the Service requires an active paid plan.

Intellectual property

The software, design, logos and content of the Service are owned by Pro ERP India and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your data and content

You (or your school) retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and update or modify features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro ERP India is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. On termination, you may request export of your data within a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
